Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Kluzio (hereinafter "the Service") is a web application featuring logic grid puzzles, accessible via subscription or limited free access. The Service is published by [Name/Company], [Address].

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you fully accept these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Service.

3. User Account

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service offers a free plan and a paid Premium plan. Payments are processed by Stripe.

• Payment is charged monthly via Stripe. You can view your invoices through your Stripe portal.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Premium access until that date.
• In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose execution has begun with your consent. No pro-rata refunds will be issued.

5. Credits System

The Service uses a credit system to access puzzles from the library:

• Premium subscribers receive a monthly credit quota, renewed with each billing period.
• Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next month.
• Additional credit packs can be purchased. Credits purchased via packs do not expire but are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content of the Service (puzzles, text, images, interface, source code) is protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation is prohibited. You are granted a personal, non-transferable right of use within the scope of your normal use of the Service.

7. Prohibited Use

The following are prohibited:

• Systematically extracting or copying the Service's content (scraping, crawling).
• Decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to reverse-engineer the Service.
• Using the Service in an abusive manner, including disrupting its operation or attempting to access other users' data.
• Sharing, reselling, or transferring your account or credits to a third party.
• Using scripts, bots, or automated tools to solve puzzles or interact with the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We strive to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the Service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of game data, service interruptions, or technical incompatibilities. Our liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the user during the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the settings. We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these terms, without prior notice or compensation. In the event of deletion, your data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, subject to mandatory provisions of the French Consumer Code regarding jurisdiction.
